Chris Kammer is the CEO of Access Supply Chain Service specializing in end-to-end import and export strategy. He partners with companies to design and execute door-to-door logistics systems that reduce cost and complexity while elevating customer service to world-class standards. With leadership experience spanning international banking in Los Angeles, global trade in Tokyo, business consulting and custom software development in San Francisco, and serving as Northern California Director of RSE Supply Chain Services, Chris brings a uniquely integrated perspective to global operations. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of San Francisco and a Master’s in Business & Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego. Customer Service Representative – Global Logistics

 Location: Remote

Access is currently seeking an experienced  Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations while delivering exceptional customer service to our importer and exporter partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments from origin to destination
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support for customer service programs
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement to deliver competitive and efficient logistics solutions
  • Monitor shipment milestones, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and support continuous service improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Experience in global logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations is required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation and international trade processes
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Inside Sales – Business Development Executive

 Location: Remote

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding Access’ customer base within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and secure new clients
  • Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing
  • Build strong client relationships and identify long-term growth opportunities
  • Research market trends and competitor activity to strengthen positioning
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications

  • Industry experience in global logistics, or supply chain services required
  • Proven success in inside or outside sales/business development roles
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations and leadership
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth
